🎶 Listened to So Much To Say from Daisy Grenade.

I first encountered these musicians from their very amazing cover of Pierce The Veils’s King For A Day (although I have to say the original PTV video can’t be beat).

Since then they’ve released a few EPs, of which this is the latest. Seemingly universally described as “bubblegum-grunge”, whatever exactly means, there’s also enough pop-punk-emo type vibes to keep it interesting.

Also the idea of a song that apparently consists primarily of singing out the contents of an email - “Dear Emily” - feels like something that should be done more. From email can come art.

Handily, if you’ve 18 minutes to spare, they’ve released an “EP film” of it all.
